We need to use the information you provide such as name, and any special needs or dietary requirements to make your holiday arrangements,  but we take care to ensure that this information is treated confidentially and securely. Controls on data protection in the countries we operate to are not necessarily as  strong as the legal requirements in this country.  However, we only pass on information to our partners that is necessary in processing your booking and organising your travel arrangements.  In accepting your booking, you consent to your data being used to process your travel arrangements.

We do not pass on or sell any information collected about our customers. We may use information supplied to us, e.g. email and telephone number to keep you informed about Responsible Photography Holidays, news and projects. If you do not wish to receive this information please advise us and we will remove you from our contact list.

Responsible Photography Holidays website uses session cookies, which means that the cookie only exists during your online session and disappears when you log off. The cookies cannot identify you personally, but we use them to look at how users found our site, their referrer and location,  which pages were viewed and which browsers and OS technology visitors use. The online shops and affiliates to which we link will have their own Cookie policy which you will need to read; we are not accountable for their cookie usage.
